The track features DKVPZ, a beat producing duo from Sao Paulo, who give ‘Respeita’ a funky Brazilian feel. Lain over the top are Sango’s famously dark trap beats, and a load of great afrobeat samples to boot. The overall effect is unique and deeply cool, marking out Sango as one of hip hop’s freshest and most exciting producers.
